Exchange and Return Policies.
Money refund and purchase order cancellation can be made as long as the product has not yet left our warehouse.

All products purchased at La Bodega Solar™ may be exchanged or returned for credit in our online store within 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order to apply a product return, it must have all its labels and original packaging, and it must be unused, likewise, without visible defects caused, which will be considered by La Bodega Solar™.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
If the product is returned due to a factory or manufacturing defect, the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer, once the product has been analyzed by our team and it has been determined that it was a factory fault, the return shipping cost can be reimbursed and it will be exchanged. the product for another of the same value. Changes or returns of products not purchased on our website www.labodegasolar.com are not accepted.
